Convention Booth Registration Form

All registration changes and cancellations must be submitted by email to office@cdda.ca . A $150.00 processing fee applies to all cancelled registrations. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after April 3, 2026, as final attendance numbers must be confirmed for event requirements. Full payment is required prior to attending the event. Only 10 booth spaces are available. Booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority to Platinum Sponsors.
