We are proud to annouce our panelists Dwayne Ross who has over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and drilling and leads Hy-Tech Drilling as President. Gerald Cooke, Health & Safety Officer at Team Drilling, began his career with Boart Longyear and later transitioned into health and safety, earning his NCSO and RSO designations in 2016.
Shannon Austin-Nault is an accomplished Human Resources professional at Foraco with more than a decade of experience in employee relations, workforce management, and organizational development within the drilling and resource industries.
Jason Heltcher, Exploration Drilling Specialist with Newmont Global Drilling Services, brings over 20 years of experience in underground and surface diamond drilling, supporting global programs with a focus on safety, productivity, and cost-efficient resource growth.
David Bradley, President of RJLL Forage Drilling, has played a critical role in driving the company’s growth and development, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in the drilling industry.
The panel will be moderated by Ryan Boesche, Business Development Manager at Di-Corp. With extensive industry knowledge, proven leadership, and a strong reputation across the sector, he is well suited to guide this meaningful discussion.
