Gil Huard is a highly respected drilling industry professional with more than 27 years of experience in the diamond drilling industry. He currently serves as Operations Manager for both Surface and Underground at Orbit Garant Drilling, bringing a deep understanding of operational performance, safety, and innovation. His career includes 16 years of international project management, with experience across Canada, Australia, Europe, and the United States.
At this year’s Convention, Gil will present New Drilling Technology, sharing insights into emerging tools, techniques, and innovations shaping the future of diamond drilling. His session will highlight how technology is being applied in real-world operations to improve efficiency, performance, and decision-making in the field.
