As a member of the PDAC Health & Safety Committee/AME Environment, Health & Safety Committee, we are reaching out for you to please fill out the survey at www.explorationsurvey.ca by Monday, October 2. If you had incidents, here is a copy of the incident report template [2016Questionnaire.xlsx] for easy reference that can be filled out before uploading it to the survey.
The survey is used in developing AME and PDAC’s environment, health and safety programs, tools and resources including the 2015 health and safety annual report in addition to annual awards.
