A graduate of Michigan Tech University in 1991 from the Business Program, Jeff enjoyed a hockey career throughout University before joining London Life as an Employee Benefits Manager until 1997 and is the Founder and President of St. Cyr and Associates since 1998. He is a Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) and holds the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) and Retirement Planning Associate (RPA) professional designations, as well as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).

Together with our team, Jeff has positioned St. Cyr and Associates as one of the leading financial planning firms in Northern Ontario, holding strong relationships with more than 30 major Canadian and International Insurance Companies. He prides himself on building a company that provides sound professional advice along with outstanding personal service and practicality which are the pillars of his approach.

His impact and passion play a significant role in the community with his dedication to the area. Among many other things, Jeff is the co-founder and a Director of the South Temiskaming Active Travel Organization and although his children have grown and left their minor hockey days, Jeff continues to share his knowledge and provide support and involvement to young players and coaches. Jeff enjoys fishing, hunting, as well as playing hockey and golf.
