Our purpose is to create value for all by delivering win-win-win drilling solutions for our people, partners, and customers, while contributing positively to the communities where we work. Guided by our vision of trust earned through action, we bring precision, predictability, and dependable execution to every project, building long-term partnerships through consistent performance in the field.

What do you value about being a CDDA Member?
What we value most about being a CDDA Member is the opportunity to actively support and strengthen the diamond drilling industry through collaboration, shared best practices, and a collective commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Hy-Tech Drilling has been a long-standing member of the CDDA, and we believe the industry is strongest when contractors work together to elevate standards and advance responsible drilling across Canada. This commitment is reflected in our leadership legacy within the Association, our Chairman & Founder, Harvey Tremblay, helped initiate the CDDA’s Drilling Excellence Certification (DEC) program, recognizing early on the importance of consistent best practices, professional recognition, and continuous improvement across the sector. That legacy continues today, with Harvey having served as CDDA President and Hy-Tech’s current President, Dwayne Ross, also serving as President of the CDDA. Through ongoing involvement, Hy-Tech remains dedicated to safety leadership, meaningful industry contribution, and helping build a stronger future for diamond drilling.
