The Canadian Diamond Drilling Association is proud to welcome Keystone Drilling Corp as a valued new CDDA Member. We are excited to have them as part of our growing community of contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and industry leaders committed to advancing safety, standards, and innovation throughout the industry.
Keystone Drilling Corp was born of innovation in 2022. The owners, Randy and Stefan, saw a niche in the oil sands market for a sonic/mud rotary combo rig. As drillers turned heavy-duty mechanics, they were well positioned to integrate new technology. Their package delivers an overall cost savings of 57% and has been drilling year-round since its implementation.
Keystone Drilling offers heli-sonic and diamond drilling capabilities, all with surface access. Our rigs are heli-portable, track-mounted, truck-mounted, and skid-mounted. Keystone Drilling currently operates in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia, with aspirations to expand into the United States. Our base of operations is located in Crossfield, Alberta.
Keystone Drilling is focused on safety, quality, and cost savings. Our strongest attributes are production rates 30% above the industry average and only 1% downtime.
Please join the CDDA in welcoming Keystone Drilling Corp to the Association. We are proud to have them as part of our membership and appreciate their support of the CDDA’s ongoing work to promote safety, strengthen industry standards, and encourage innovation across the diamond drilling and exploration industry.
