Dedicate a safety meeting or pre-shift toolbox talk to mental health awareness, focusing on stress management, work–life balance, or available supports. -
Share Resources
Distribute posters, helpline numbers, or fact sheets about mental health services available locally and nationally (e.g., crisis lines, EAP programs). Can visit https://www.cdda.ca/healthandwellness/ to see our resources. -
Promote “Bring it to the Surface”
Share CDDA’s mental health and wellness initiative with teams to normalize conversations about mental health in the diamond drilling industry. -
Encourage Breaks & Check-ins
Organize a “coffee and conversation” break where teams can connect casually and check in with one another. -
Highlight Mental Health Champions
Recognize individuals or teams in your company who are advocates for wellness, peer support, or mental health awareness. -
Social Media Support
Post about your company’s participation in World Mental Health Day on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram, tagging CDDA to amplify awareness. -
Workshops or Guest Speakers

Quiet Reflection or Mindfulness Activity
