The Canadian Diamond Drilling Association is pleased to announce TIME as our October Supplier Member of the Month. We interviewed a member from their company to learn more about their services and membership with the CDDA.
Can you tell us more about your company? 
For over 50 years, TIME (Temiskaming Industrial Mining Equipment) has provided mining, exploration and other heavy industries with a single-source solution. We are known for manufacturing quality products, our efficient supply network, and having experienced, knowledgeable staff that provides exceptional customer care. It all starts with our people, and our unified approach to conducting business internally and externally. Our company has evolved from its early days in basic supply, to a global manufacturer of products of the highest quality, backed by a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. What Products and Services Do You Offer? 
With deep roots in the heart of mining country in Northern Ontario and Quebec, we have established ourselves as a trusted source for engineering, design, manufacturing, and distribution of equipment for mining, exploration and heavy industry. From drill hole plugs, diamond drill tools, wedging tools, drilling fluids and greases, blast hole products, percussive drilling products, to pumps and parts, TIME can supply you with items to suit many different applications (timeltd.ca). Our network is centralized in Haileybury, Ontario, where our main base of operations resides. A fully-equipped 40,000 square foot facility serves as the production plant for custom manufacturing and warehouse. Complete with a fully equipped machining center, CWB certified fabrication center, and centralized warehousing, as well as technical service and engineering. We are also positioned with stocking facilities in key mining centres such as Timmins Ontario, Sudbury Ontario, Val-d’Or Quebec, and Saskatoon Saskatchewan.
In an attempt to continue to grow with our customer requirements, TIME continues to invest in more equipment and people. A new property location has been purchased, and development of a new state of the art manufacturing and warehousing facility with start soon. This facility will open opportunities to grow our manufacturing capabilities and continue to provide more employment opportunities. Stay tuned for more updates in the near future.

Recently promoted to Business Development Manager, Jacques Thibeault is one of the main faces at TIME. Jacques started with TIME 13 years ago, in an entry level inside sales role. Within months, it was very apparent that he had the personality, passion, dedication, and drive to accomplish much more in this industry. As anyone that knows Jacques will tell you, he is very committed to ensuring customers needs are met. Jacques’ biggest asset is his personality, from which he creates lasting connections and friendships. Anyone will benefit from having Jacques in their circle.
What do you value about being a CDDA Member? TIME is proud to be a part of the Canadian Diamond Drilling Association (CDDA). Through various means and platforms, the CDDA has always provided opportunity to its membership group to continue to develop and grow in this industry. Various networking events, meetings, communications and resources, the CDDA has allowed us to create and build long lasting relationships with our customer base. Such relationships have developed into close friendships over the years. The CDDA is more than just a membership group, it’s a community with a common goal of keeping the Canadian drilling industry a world leader.
