The results will support drilling contractors and HR Departments in maintaining competitive compensation packages, while also helping to address labour retention and training investment strategies.
The CDDA encourages all member contractor companies to participate and contribute their insights. Your input will ensure the survey reflects wages, regional differences, and evolving workforce demands within the diamond drilling industry.
Not all areas are required; please fill out the areas specific to where you currently advertise positions in Canada.
This survey is anonymous. We just ask you to confirm your company to ensure the integrity of those participating. To ensure that data is correctly provided from member companies. We will not publish any information on the companies participating and will just publish the wage rate results. Email office@cdda.ca to participate. Must be a CDDA Member.
