The Canadian Diamond Drilling Association is proud to congratulate Board of Director Ryan Boesche on the successful completion of his Master’s in Earth and Energy Resource Leadership (MEERL) from the Department of Geological Sciences and Geological Engineering at Queen’s University.

Ryan’s achievement is not only a testament to his personal commitment to professional growth, but also reflects the leadership and innovation he brings to the CDDA and the wider diamond drilling industry.

The Master of Earth and Energy Resources Leadership trains future leaders in the natural resource industry.

Throughout the MEERL program, Ryan developed a strong foundation in responsible resource development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership—skills that directly support the mission and vision of our Association.

As part of his graduate work, Ryan conducted a detailed analysis of the CDDA’s Driller Excellence Certification (DEC) Program. During that time, which involved mapping out key stakeholders and identifying areas to create value for our members.

On behalf of the CDDA Board of Directors, members, and industry partners, we extend our sincere congratulations to Ryan on this important academic milestone. We are fortunate to benefit from his expertise and look forward to the continued impact of his leadership within our Association and industry.

Well done, Ryan!
